POE Enterprise
Introducing the UAS Sentry BVLOS (Beyond Visual Line of Sight) Power Over Ethernet (POE) receiver.
As the name suggests, the unit can be powered (48V) directly via the RJ-45 ethernet cable.
This unit is designed to provide drone monitoring 24 x 7.
It has an "N" style antenna connector which will allow you to connect an external antenna.
It also has a built-in signal amplifier to allow very long cables to be between the receiver and the antenna. We have tested with cables as long as 150 feet and detected drones over 5 miles away. Of course, environmental conditions may reduce the coverage.
Triple redundancy to get data to the UAS Sentry Cloud
-
Ethernet (hardwired)
-
Wifi (2.4G)
-
IOS app connected via Bluetooth

The POE updates the drones detected to the cloud and can be viewed at the UAS Sentry Map from any browser. The Enterprise version also allows the data to uploaded to the customer's server so they can do more data analysis if they wish.
Another feature of the POE Enterprise is the ability to monitor data in near real time. This is ideal for events which have a large amount of people and the people at the command station want to have a map up to monitor drone activity. For example, NFL games, MLB games, marathons, concerts, air shows, etc..
The receiver should detect drones that are transmitting RID on the 2.4G Wifi as well as Bluetooth. To date, the POE Enterprise has detected the following drone models:
Autel EVO Max
BlueMark db120
DJI Air 2
DJI Air 2S
DJI Air 3
DJI Inspire 3
DJI M300 RTK
DJI M30T
DJI M3E
DJI M3T
DJI Mavic 3
DJI Mavic 3 Cine
DJI Mavic 3 Classic
DJI Mavic 3 Pro
DJI Mini 4 Pro
DJI Mavic 2 Enterprise Advanced
Dronetag Beacon
Dronetag Mini
Holystone HSRID01
uAvionix pingRid
Wingtra WingtraOne Gen II
The unit ships with a small antenna so it is ready to go. If you want to add an external antenna we have had excellent results with the following antennas and cable.
12" antenna
36" antenna with pole mounting hardware
Cable
The case is currently not rated to be outside so we strongly encourage the unit be inside.
The POE Enterprise receiver comes with both pole and wall mounting hardware.
